RETURNS
We strive to ensure every order meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
unworn;
unused;
unwashed;
free of stains, fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or damage;
returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Jane Wade reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
sale items;
discounted merchandise;
intimates or hosiery;
made-to-order or custom items;
limited-release products marked final sale.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items based on availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued instead.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:
your order number;
the item(s) you wish to return;
reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided.
Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jane Wade is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:
your order number;
photos of the item and packaging;
a brief description of the issue.
We will review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
5–10 business days for processing;
additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Preorder and made-to-order items may require extended fulfillment timelines and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
